  • No, a credit card is strictly mandatory. For every car rental, a valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) under the main driver's name is always required as a guarantee. This is necessary to cover the guarantee/deposit amount and the rental cost. Even if you wish to pay the rental cost in cash, the credit card is still required for the deposit. Please note that cards like Amex, Diners, Maestro, or prepaid cards are not accepted, and in some locations, the card must be valid for at least 6 months after the expiration date.
  • Upon the return of the car, the deposit amount will be returned in full, provided no other charges arise. Please note that the actual release of the funds can take up to 30 days, depending on your card's issuing bank.
  • All drivers must carry a valid license from their country of residence along with passport or ID and credit card for the deposit amount with the sufficient amount. Any driving license with two endorsements will make the booking null and void. All drivers must carry a valid full license from their country of residence. Driver ID requirements for UK: 1. Driving License 2. DVLA check code 3. Proof of address (Bank/Utility statement 4. Credit card (Visa or Mastercard) Driver ID requirements for International: 1. Driving License 2.   • We offer a flexible cancellation policy. You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before your scheduled pick-up time. For later cancellations, please refer to our detailed terms and conditions.
  • Minimum age is 27 years old with 2 years’ driving experience.
  • For Car groups FVMR, FVAR, PDAR, UDAR, minimum age is 30 years up to 70 years.
  • The renter must hold a valid passport and European or International Driving License, issued at least two years before the rental. The vehicle will not be provided to renters without a European or International Driving License. UK license holders need to present a valid photo card with current address.
  • If driver’s License is not in the Roman alphabet (i.e. if it is in Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese) it is required to bring an International Driving Permit and its domestic license. For driving licenses from countries not part of the international driving license treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license (issued until 7 days prior to pick up). When renting within the EU, customers from non-EU countries must also present an International Driving Permit along with their domestic license. A full and valid driving license which has been held for a minimum of 24 months. It must be clearly identifiable as a driving license; entitle the license holder to drive the category of vehicle they wish to rent from us and valid for use in the UK.
  • First, ensure everyone is safe.Υou are required by law to report any accident to the local police within 24 hours to obtain a case number for insurance purposes.The User undertakes not to leave the Vehicle without taking the appropriate measures to protect and safeguard it, except in duly justified cases of force majeure.
  • In case of any accident or any other incident (fire, theft, etc), Renter or the additional driver(s) are obliged to immediately do the following: a. Not acknowledging liability or guilt and claims of third parties in any way, direct or indirect. b. Note the names and the addresses of eyewitnesses and the name & the address of the driver & the data of the vehicle, with which Vehicle may have collided. c. Notify the Police to investigate the liability of the third party and provide care for any injurers. d. Contact the Lessor immediately by phone or other means. e. Obtain all relevant information from any third party. f. Photograph the location of the accident & the vehicles participating in the accident, if possible. The renter must complete and sing an accident/theft report latest within twenty-four (24) hours at the nearest Lessor’s branch and send any relevant documents or information to the Lessor. In case of theft or loss of Vehicle Renter must report the incident in writing at the nearest police department within twenty-four (24) hours.
  • We offer a standard grace period of 1 hour from your scheduled pick-up time. If you are arriving at an airport and have provided your flight number, our team will monitor your flight status and hold the vehicle for you in case of unexpected delays. If you anticipate a delay beyond 1 hour without a provided flight number, or contact the Car rental company has the right to cancel the booking with 100% charges.
  • Taking vehicles outside the permitted UK rental territory is prohibited. A £1,500 charge applies for a
  • breach, and optional products, including unlimited mileage and excess reduction, may cease to apply.
